NikeLab Dresses Up The Air Max Plus In Four Colorways

Nikelab Air Max Plus April 2017 Colorways 01

Updated April 25th, 2017: The Nike Air Max Plus releases in the US on May 8th, 2017 for $170 via Nike SNKRS.

You can expect the Nike Air Max Plus to have a big year next year as it will celebrate its 20th anniversary, but in the meantime, Nike has made it a featured silhouette in Ultra form and with these four brand new colorways courtesy of NikeLab, each slated to release on April 25th. As is the case with most NikeLab offerings, the imprint adds premium touches of tumbled leather to the 1998 retro on the mudguard, adds a new ventilated mesh base throughout, and hits the unmistakable gradient color fades with tonal options ranging from light pink, sandy khaki, and more. The Nike Air Max Plus has been a popular silhouette throughout Europe where it’s also known as the Nike Air Tuned Max or Nike TN for that unique visible air unit throughout, but do you think this collection that ditches the plastic bumpers for touches of leather will catch on? Check out more detailed shots below and grab your pair on 4/25. More info to come.
