Air Jordan 17
The most expensive Air Jordan to date when they released in February of 2002, the Air Jordan 17 offered a free-flowing design inspired by jazz music — and was packed full of tech too, offering the brand’s first-ever Tuned Air cushioning system. For a memorable finishing touch, the Air Jordan 17 also came packaged in a metal briefcase with a CD-ROM.
2024 is shaping up to be a huge year for the silhouette, set for its first ever retro treatments. The Air Jordan 17 Low “Lightning” is first up on the docket, releasing at the end of May with a NBHD-only retail release. The Air Jordan 17 Low “UNC” is also set to return later in the year, reportedly debuting in August.
