The North Carolina blue colorway of the Air Jordan XXI, the designers at Jordan Brand decided to use this classic colorway on a low-top model.  The uppers are made of full-grain white leathers, while the midsole contains University Blue cross-wire mesh and suede.  The inner lining is also the same color.  Pics via Skit
