Very similar to the hightop black and chrome XVII’s, these kicks are their lowtop counterparts.  They feature the same black uppers and the same chrome accents, but these lowtops feature a croc skin type material lining the lace holes.  The lowtops also have a nylon, sock-like liner.  Pics via Kixclusive
