yeezy Release Dates
adidas Yeezy shoe releases officially resumed in 2024. After a run of selected releases in March, news broke in May that adidas has much more in store. The German brand is reportedly planning a massive wave of releases for Yeezy Day 2024 as they liquidate their remaining inventory. At the time of writing, 32 pairs are set to drop on June 3rd alone with additional launches continuing through June 13th. On top of bringing back some of the product line's most iconic shoes (e.g. the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 "Turtle Dove" & "Pirate Black"), models that haven't released in a number of years will also return to the market. It's quite a long list, but highlights in that category include the adidas Yeezy Knit Runner, BSKTBL Knit, Desert Boot and NSLTD Boot. Stay tuned for updates as we learn more.
In November 2023, adidas indefinitely cancelled any Yeezy releases; this decision was in response to the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. Prior to this decision by adidas, several Yeezy sneaker releases were confirmed for November 2023. None such release occurred.
More adidas Yeezy footwear releases are expected in November, 2023. The brand's retailer partners confirmed with Sneaker News that more Yeezy Shoes are set to release in the month of November. None of the said releases have been made known to the public.
In May 2023, adidas officially announced a resume in sales of adidas Yeezy footwear beginning on May 31st, 2023. As of now, only the existing product will be available, with the confirmed release product viewable here.
“Yeezy Release Dates” has been a term of interest since February 2015 upon the launch of the adidas Yeezy Boost 750. Over the last seven years, the Three Stripes and the being formerly known as “Kanye West” released hundreds of styles across more than a dozen different silhouettes. Handfuls of Yeezys dropped in the first 10 months of 2022, but previously-scheduled “drops” for the holiday season were canceled on October 25th when adidas terminated its partnership with Ye. Retailers all over the globe were instructed to halt the sale of any and all adidas Yeezy products as the Three Stripes evaluated what it’d do with these items given that it can’t make use of any Yeezy branding.
In late November, however, adidas’ Chief Financial Officer confirmed that the German sportswear behemoth owned the intellectual property to all of the imprint’s most popular designs–including the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 and Yeezy Boost 700. Ye reportedly visited Sketchers shortly after the Three Stripes terminated its partnership with him, raising suspicions that the DONDA-frontman was looking for a new home for his Yeezy venture. If Mr. West finds a new home for his creative endeavors–which will likely consist of Yeezy Foam Runner and Yeezy Slide updates–you'll find those releases ahead.
