In recent memory, the Nike Air Max 90 has been reformatted to match up with the seasonal shifts through Surplus colorways reinforced with Cordura uppers, as well as ugly sweater themes in celebration of the forthcoming Christmas holiday. However, for its newest take geared towards the Swoosh’s women’s audience, the silhouette is diverting back to more simplistic styling by grouping together neutral and pastel tones.
Its uppers are predominantly hued between “Summit White” mesh bases, Swooshes, and mudguards, and comes effectively paired with “Light Orewood Brown” hits that are consistent through the overlays, eye stays, and midsole molds. Additionally, accents of bronze latch onto the Nike branding present atop the heels and tongues, while a soft pinks line the treading and insoles to channel somewhat of a neapolitan ice cream aesthetic. For female sneakerheads thinking about picking these up, you can find them available now in select retailers in Asia and on eBay, but anticipate them to also drop via Nike.com in the coming weeks.
