The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Continues Its Run With “Hydrogen Blue”

The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Continues Its Run With “Hydrogen Blue”

In the past few months, the Nike Blazer Mid has released an impressive number of colorways, with this “Hydrogen Blue” offering only adding to the ever-growing total. But while most new additions have preferred simplicity as they solely dye the swoosh, this pair more aggressively colors its entire upper. Alongside, it swaps leather for suede, using the more textural material atop the eye stay, toe cap, and everything in between, leaving the swoosh alone to contrast by way of white smooth leathers. Accents elsewhere — laces, branded patches, “Nike” penciling at the heel, etc — are all imbued with the same cool tone or at least surrounded by it, though the typical vintage logo details, midsoles, and exposed foam are nearly untouched. Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release soon at Nike.com and select retailers.
