Nike has always had a knack for seamlessly blending performance ethos with lifestyle silhouettes, a compelling fusion that’s produced favorites like the React Element 87 and the Vapormax 2019. Now, they’ve got another fresh design on the way: the Vapor Street PEG SP. Using a highly technical mix of synthetics and mesh on the upper plus a sharp midsole that keen-eyed fans may recognize from other silhouettes such as the Vapor Street Flyknit and Moon Racer, the Vapor Street PEG presents a street-ready, speed-tuned look. It’s set to make its official debut in a duo of colorways as well: a versatile “Plum Dust” and a Nike ACG-esque “Cargo Khaki.” Each pair offers bold colorblocking, an arresting aesthetic, and modern-day comfort, and both will debut at Japanese retailers like atmos on May 21st for $160 USD. A stateside Nike.com release is sure to follow shortly after. Check out both pairs below, and stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new design.
