After Neymar recently gave us a first glance at his upcoming Nike Shox collaborations, we now have a more detailed look at one of his pairs that prominently features a neon gradient upper. Combining bold red and green tones with sporty black overlays and a silver throat/toebox, Neymar’s Shox are a perfect representation of his game: flashy and in-your-face, but inherently effective nonetheless. Apart from the compelling colorway, there’s an interesting set of special details present here as well: the midfoot’s standard Swoosh is gone completely, replaced by a small inverted version by the mudguard, while the silver tongue features both a spelled-out name logo and a clever flipped take on the classic Shox branded hit that makes its standard “Z” into a “N.” The look is then completed by red foam columns and a black outsole. This pair is one of three collaborations the virtuoso footballer has on the way, as he’s also got a white Shox R4 with multiple Swoosh logos and a yet-to-be revealed Shox TL in the works as well. The springy shoes are extremely popular in his home country of Brazil, so you can expect the entire trio of Neymar Shox to be an instant hit when they release later this year. Take a gander at the loud design below, and stay tuned to our Sneaker Release Dates page for further info as it’s available.
