Paul George’s Love Of Fishing Emerges In Upcoming Nike PG 3 For Kids

Paul George’s low-key, small-town upbringing is a major reason why he shattered expectations and signed a long-term contract with OKC. He passed up the limelight in Los Angeles to stay put with Russell and Co., and it turned out to be the right decision as he’s built himself quite a campaign suitable for a league MVP. PG’s penchant for peace and quiet is a big reason why he loves fishing, an activity he heavily enjoys in his spare time. In fact, when Nike launched his signature shoes some years ago, the first PE colorway was inspired by the activity as it featured scaly uppers and a fishing bob as a lacelock. His love for the sport returns in an upcoming “Menta Green” colorway of the Nike PG3, complete with a tiny fish logo on the midsole of shoes. This kids-exclusive drops on May 9th at the retailers listed below.
