Japan’s KICKS LAB Sends The Reebok DMX Run 10 To The Desert

Japan’s KICKS LAB Sends The Reebok DMX Run 10 To The Desert

The DMX Run 10 has seen quite a journey since its return in late 2017, ushering in many OG colorways as well as a collaborative capsule with the likes of Sneakersnstuff. Taking the DMX to a place we haven’t quite seen, KICKS LAB ushers in some rich earth tones to the Reebok classic, donning it an inspired tooling based on the harsh landscapes of the desert. Much of the construction is kept true to the original, adding in a luxe suede fabrication in a sand beige tone while balancing it with forefoot panels, mudguards, and a sole unit of a much deeper dark brown. Laces are reminiscent of what are found on hiking boots in their many accents while the tips bear the Japanese retailer’s crossed logo. In what is effectively a call back to the Desert Boot — a menswear staple which gained traction a few years ago — the retro silhouette arrives in a surprisingly appropriate reimagining that is set to release on December 1st as a KICKS LAB exclusive.
