Jordan Brand’s Double-Strapped Air Jordan 1 Arrives in Red

Jordan Brand’s Double-Strapped Air Jordan 1 Arrives in Red

The Air Jordan 1 Double Strap is an unexampled take on a classic sneaker that swaps the iconic Air Jordan 1‘s standard lacing system out for a pair of large adjustable straps. After releasing in tonal black and white colorways back in July, the vivacious velcro kicks are now arriving in a bright crimson red — a color that’s perfect for the change of seasons. Trading out the full leather upper of past releases for a combination of tumbled leather/woven nylon and boasting an interesting raised seam around the Swoosh, the shoe provides a striking look — completed by an extended white midsole that creeps all the way onto the upper. These strapped-up AJ1s are available at Japanese retailers now and will likely release at US stockists in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep it locked to our Jordan Release Dates page for all the info and updates you need.
