Ben Felderstein Update: The Nike SF AF-1 “Lunar New Year” releases on February 8th, 2018 for $180 via Nike SNKRS.
In honor of the upcoming Lunar New Year on February 16th, Nike is releasing an SF-AF1 version that tells a story of that day. The Swoosh’s celebration of the Chinese New Year has been extensive this year, including Jordan Brand silhouettes and a plethora of Nike basketball models as well. Keeping with the theme, a massive fireworks display takes shape on the outsole while Chinese characters come emblazoned on its insole. Made up of primarily white, this SF-AF1 dons golden hardware in order to add a bit of luxe to this simplistic design. There is currently no release information available, but expect this offering to drop before the New Year on the 16th.
