Odell Beckham Jr’s first Nike lifestyle sneaker release is coming your way on Black Friday, November 24th. The standout color of yellow on the upper of the Nike SF-AF1 Mid  is actually inspired by the ubiquitous NYC taxi-cab, one of the first things that stuck out to the LSU-bred wide receiver when he first arrived in the Big Apple in 2014. What makes this PE-style release even more OBJ-centric is the customized tongue label and the info laden on the info patches on the strap; they detail the longitude and latitude of his birth city, Baton Rouge, while the other details those markers for his home field, Metlife Stadium. Nods to his social media bio, position and jersey number are also clear.

Fans of Odell Beckham Jr. can get their hands on these next Friday on SNKRS, Nike stores, Sneakeasy and Foot Locker flagships. In other AF1 news, the “Rocafella” Air Force 1 edition of the AF100is releasing the week after.
