Alexander Wang’s Next adidas Collaboration Is Inspired By Cycling And Rave Parties

Fashion iconoclast Alexander Wang and adidas Originals are prepared to launch Drop 2 of their partnership, this time around utilizing the sporty aesthetic of cycling and the escapist culture of rave parties. Three new footwear models will be available on the global release date of October 7th – the AW Run Mid (an altered form of the first model), the AW Skate Mid (a mid-top variety of the popular skate model), and the ever-so-necessary Adilette, which features a full rubber construction in the chevron pattern. The most notable of the three is the AW Run Mid, which swaps out the Boost cushioning for a uniquely color-blocking sole that appeals to more classic tastes. Again, all three will hit select stores beginning on Saturday, October 7th.
