Damian Lillard Explains Why His Signature Shoes Dont Have Boost 620x435

Damian Lillard is one of the best point guards in the NBA and yet somehow he’s still underrated whether it’s with NBA All-Star voting, All-NBA honors, or Team USA Olympic selections. Dame is a man of the people and his adidas signature models only continue to demonstrate that fact based on availability and affordability. Lillard recently confirmed via Twitter that the reason his signature sneakers don’t come equipped with Boost technology has to do with the overall price stating in a response to a Twitter user that adding Boost cushioning would ‘make my shoe more expensive than I want it to be‘. adidas Basketball product manager Alex Zerzan, a man who played an intricate role in creating the Dame 3 confirmed the same during our interview with him at the adidas LVL 3 Las Vegas event last month. Do you agree with Dame’s choice to go with Bounce cushioning over Boost or would you be willing to pay a little extra to see his shoe have the industry-leading cushioning technology? In related news, check out the first look at the coming adidas Dame 4.
