Updated on July 20th, 2017: The Nike Hyperdunk 2017 Low “Drew League” aka “Los Angeles” releases on August 3rd, 2017.

The days of Nike’s ‘basketball never stops‘ tagline during the NBA lockout days are long gone, as are the appearances by NBA superstars like Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and James Harden in the lauded Southern California Drew League. The pro-am still gets its due through a major upgrade in Nike sponsorship these days though. Today we get a look at the Nike Hyperdunk 2017 Low “Drew League” PE featuring a crazy asymmetrical “What The” inspired colorway with graphics ranging from realistic bricks, palm trees, and the often-used Drew League mantra of ‘No excuse, just produce’ scribed on the insoles. The mismatched look also comes equipped with an updated ‘Los Angeles’ heel patch and the Drew League’s official logo on each tongue. The pair sports that brand new REACT cushioning system by Nike for an ultra lightweight and responsive ride. Expect this Hyperdunk 2017 to release later this summer.
