Last Updated November 1st, 2016: The Nike Kobe A.D. debuts on November 22nd, 2016 for $160.
News of a new Nike Kobe silhouette has been swirling around for the past couple of months, and now we have confirmation that the upcoming Nike Kobe A.D. will be the first shoe to release post-Kobe retirement. Today we get a first look at the model, as the Kobe A.D. features a unique lacing system with a wheel on the ankle support that helps tighten the fit of the shoe. Think the Puma Disc Blaze with that technology relocated to the side of the sneaker. A low cut profile keeps things in line with the usual Nike Kobe silhouette standard while a new hexagonal traction pattern lands on the outsole unit. Check out this all black colorway below and expect this new Nike Kobe A.D. model to arrive at retailers on November 23rd. The all black pair pictured below has a tentative release date slated for December 16th.
