Today, “Duck Nation” acquires yet another Nike exclusive in the form of a Kobe 10. The interesting part about this latest Ducks-only issue is that the shoes were made for the Oregon Volleyball team, not the basketball team. This goes to show just how versatile the Kobe 10 is, because the full-length Zoom, lightweight mesh upper, and free-grooved herringbone traction is fit for all sports (not to mention the fact that volleyball is typically played on basketball hardwood). Also, the equipment manager needs to send a memo to the Volleyball squad that Eric Avar, not Tinker Hatfield, designed the Kobe 10 (Tinker did design the Kobe 11, though). Peep Oregon’s latest exclusive below and let us know what you think.
Thank you @Nike and the awesome Tinker Hatfield for our amazing shoes. Blessed to be an Oregon athlete pic.twitter.com/gTL9MBSbjy
