Late last month we got a first look at an all-new Jordan model by Spike Lee, the Air Spike 40, which has naturally had some mixed reviews so far. What we didn’t know about the sneaker at first that might make it a little more appealing to some is the fact that the design features something we’ve all been missing on the older Air Jordan models: Nike Air on the heel. With the silhouette appearing to be loosely based on the Air Jordan 5, Spike brings the OG Nike Air branding back that we’ve all been waiting for on the Air Jordan 5 since they changed to Jumpmans on the heels after the 2000 retros. But is a Nike Air logo enough of a selling point for you to cop the Air Spike 40? Get another look at the shoe here today, and lets us know what you think in the comments below.
