The Air Jordan 1 High “Los Angeles” Might Be Better Than The NYC Pair

The Air Jordan 1 High “Los Angeles” Might Be Better Than The NYC Pair

Last year, Jordan Brand celebrated the opening of their Flight 23 flagship retail store by releasing a New York City-exclusive Air Jordan 1 Retro High “NYC”. The pair took Public School’s collaborative effort and replaced the heel with a 23 NY callout while an icy outsole kept things rather simple. So could the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High “Los Angeles” be a far superior release? That’s the way things are looking with the latest batch of photos. The shoe dons a premium white leather upper while a casual tan lining adds some depth. A metallic gold pin comes with the release while the outsole puts in some serious work. Not only does ‘Los Angeles’ arrive on the outsole in a look similar to that “Perfect” TED x Portland exclusive, but a map of the greater LA area appears underneath. What do you think of the latest Air Jordan 1 release? Stay tuned for a release date update and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
