Long Island shop RISE is on the rise. After only opening their doors a short time ago, they’ve already hit the scene with a number of enviable collaborative efforts that show a maturity and dedication far beyond their young shop’s years. Their latest project: the unofficial Clipse-inspired “Keys Open Doors” Saucony Grid 9000. The sneaker takes on the street hustler motif, a well established theme in sneaker culture (the Grid 9000 even had a recent nod thanks to Packer Shoe’s Snow Beach Raekwon nod earlier this year). Here it couldn’t be more obvious with a hard white tumbled leather base, ebony perforated pigskin suede and unique contrasting tongue patches of an eight ball and piano keys. Be sure to check out a full look at the latest Saucony Grid 9000 collaboration after the break and know that this Rise pair will release in-store on Friday, 11/14 and then later on the shop’s online store the following Monday, 11/17.
