Despite it being the shortest month of the calendar year, a lot went down in the sneaker scene during the month of February. Of course, the release of All-Star kicks and YOTH fare kept us busy in stores, but all of the surrounding events might have February as the most eventful in recent memory. Of course, it all starts with the sudden and unexpected release of the Red October Yeezy 2, but there’s plenty more to make note of from the last four weeks.
Aside from the drop of the Red Yeezy 2s, Kevin Durant was spotted wearing the KD 6 Elite (he loves them, apparently). Aside from that, Jordan Brand made waves with the unveil of the Future as well as the collaboration with Nike SB, while adidas joined forces with one of the most influential names in streetwear (whether or not that will product footwear is yet to be determined).
