Along with styles like the white/green Rod Laver and Stan Smith, the white/black and black/white Superstar, Kobe Bryant’s first adidas signature shoe is starting to become a regular in the heritage rotation. The adidas Crazy 8 returns in its OG black and white colorway, a look that debuted in 1997 and last hit retailers about two and a half years ago. It’s a reminder that while Kobe has played for just one NBA team, he’s been on both sides of the most heated rivalry in athletic gear, and these Crazy 8s are available now at select Three Stripes stockists including Renarts. It isn’t really strange for a sneaker company to re-release a Retro shoe in such a short span as Nike and Reebok have both employed those practices, but there’s no doubt that the appeal for these is still there. Cop now and we’ll let you know if these or other adidas Retros of the past years hit stores again.
