The Zoom Hustle will be among the first offerings from Nike’s upcoming “Refresh” line, in which classic styles are updated for a brand new look. In the case of the Zoom Hustle, the inspiration was the Nike Hyperflight model from 2001. Based on the look of the original Hyperflight, it seems that the Zoom Hustle adds some touches that make for a more traditional basketball design rather than a more futuristic version. The shoe features simple lines and almost makes the shoe look like the predecessor to the Hyperflight rather than its successor. The interesting cut around the ankle and the perforations on the inner half of the upper are definite nods to the Hyperflight, but other than that, it’s hard to find many similarities. Aside from the shiny black patent leather, other additions are the Zoom Air sole and the Refresh logo on the tongue. Check out some more images after the jump and look for these to hit Nike retailers this October in time for a new b-ball season. Via FootLockerUnlocked.
