The biggest basketball news of the last week came from the NBA, as an agreement between the players and owners was tentatively reached and a Christmas Day starting line was set. However, there wasn’t a lack of basketball action; San Diego State battled Arizona in a clash of the sneakerhead schools, while Syracuse came with their A-game during the NIT Season Tip-Off amidst the scandalous stories surrounding assistant coach Bernie Fine. The UNC Tar Heels, ranked #1 in the nation, feel to UNLV in a stunning loss as well. Below we have a nice recap of some of the notable sneakers worn during the games, like the Black/Cement III and Air Jordan IX on the Orange feet, the Oregon State AJ9 PEs, Concords on Jordan’s boys, and of course, a slew of Jordan heat from the aforementioned SDSU/Arizona match-up.
