The six-month-long Major League Baseball regular season is winding to a close, and as has been the case since they were apparently cursed by young Jeffrey Mayer’s interference in the 1996 American League Championship Series, the Baltimore Orioles have failed to secure a spot in the postseason. All is not lost for the Os, however, as starting pitcher Jeremy Guthrie has managed to win some cool points with the sneakerhead set. Guthrie tweeted that “I love me some shoes,” in response to praise he got from showing off this crazy Air Jordan 1 High cleat, a model whose bold design seems to have been based on 2009’s ‘Max Orange’ AJ1 Retro. He also has Zoom Hurache 2K4 cleats in two different colorways and the Air Jordan XII Low ‘Taxi’ on display; which is Jeremy Guthrie’s most impressive possession?
