‘Even Stevens’ is a term commonly used in soccer, but it applies to the 2011 NBA Finals match-up between the Dallas Maverick and Miami Heat. Each team has proven that they can win on the road and lose at home, so the what remains – essentially a three-game series – will decide the first NBA Champion of the new decade, and Home Court advantage has proven to be somewhat irrelevant. It wasn’t such a hot night for superstars, but in the end, Dirk Nowitzki came through and pushed his team to victory. On the other side, Dwyane Wade had one of his best games of the 2011 Playoffs, but teammate LeBron James couldn’t follow the lead. It was another familiar collection of sneakers for Game 4; LeBron and his LeBron 8 P.S. NBA Finals PE and Wade’s Jordan Fly Wade Finals PE were some highlights, as were Mike Miller’s Zoom KD III iD and Mario Chalmers’ adidas Crazy Light. The Mavs continued to keep their sneaker game simple, with easy white-based colorways matched with Mavericks-specific colors.
