The Air Jordan VI has proven to be a useful canvas for making Air Jordan customs. So far, we’ve seen customizers fashion the Air Jordan VI in ‘Bordeaux‘, ‘South Beach‘, ‘Hare‘, and ‘Orlando Magic‘ colorways, so here’s a look at yet another Air Jordan VI custom pair inspired by the Jordan Tokyo23 version of the Air Jordan V. Eric Lowry, who was responsible for the Air Jordan VI ‘South Beach’ customs, has painted the upper with the vibrant yellow paint and added special accents like the speckled black-on-yellow sections on the midsole to mimic the Air Jordan V ‘Tokyo23’. Adding black laces and hitting the lace eyelet and Jumpman shroud on the tongue with grey adds an even more ‘T23’ feel, but Eric Lowry puts on some personal touches with a special logo on the heel as well as a ‘1 of 10’ tab on the upper (guess how many of these will be made?). Check out the extra shots below and let us know what you think. via thedistinctlife.
