Reebok filed suit against Nike a couple years back for patent infringement over the flexible Free sole, and though the suit failed, the Zig Tech line has emerged with its own blend of bendability and smooth cushioning. Every sneaker brand can be seen using each others ideas and this wasn’t the first time the Swoosh borrowed a concept from the Vector. The Nike Air Pressure released back in 1989 to compete with RBK’s legendary Pump lineup, and its back in spirit with the new Nike Air PR1. A tighter, non-pressurized take on the original, these go down route RT1 by combining the slimmed-down ’80s basketball aesthetic with the familiar Air Jordan III midsole tooling from around that same time. The first pair features an all-black colorway, with hints of primary color on the tongue tag. Check out more shots after the jump and grab yours today from JBseller on eBay.
