Jordan Brand Gave Devin Haney An Air Jordan 1 PE For The Big Fight

Stingray leather and script "The Dream" text define the look.

Jordan Brand Gave Devin Haney An Air Jordan 1 PE For The Big Fight

Devin Haney didn’t win his big fight against Ryan Garcia last weekend, but at least his footwear made headlines for the right reasons. Jordan Brand gifted the fighter an Air Jordan 1 PE decked out in elevated materials and appropriate callbacks to Haney’s “The Dream” nickname, tailoring the athlete’s footwear for the big stage.

As with most PE’s, it’s the little details that make this pair stand out. Haney’s nickname “The Dream” appears on the heel in pink script stitching before making an even larger cameo through a blue gum outsole down below. Stingray leather and nubuck touch up an all-black upper, swapping places across the shoe’s various panels to produce a look that’s both distinctive yet subdued at the same time. A metal, chromatic silver wings logo elevates the look even further up near the collar to complete the special pair.

Haney isn’t officially signed to Jordan Brand, so this move could open speculation regarding a more firm partnership between the two in the near future, similar to what we saw with Roman Reigns Jordan Shoes a couple weeks back. In any case, enjoy detailed images of Haney’s PE below and hit our Jordan Release Dates 2024 page for a full preview of upcoming Jumpman drops.
