The Moncler x adidas Originals Collection Hits Shelves On October 4th

Moncler and adidas were quick to announce their first-ever collaboration, unveiling countless different pieces back in February of this year. And now that the weather is finally appropriate, the two will be bringing the collection to market later this week.

Created with not only exploration in mind but also the explorers themselves, Moncler and adidas’ debut collaborative capsule further couples form with function. On the apparel end, puffers, track jackets, vests, and other signature Moncler shapes are shined through a Three Stripes lens, closely resembling the brand’s signature design language. Many of these garments are then dressed in luminous colors as well as sinuous quilting, jacquards, and prints, conjuring to mind images of skiers on snow-covered slopes.

As for footwear, the range consists of interpretations of both the adidas Campus as well as the NMD. Barely resembling that of the original, the latter’s design is much more akin to a snow boot, pairing GORE-TEX materials with a puffed-up, bubble-padded upper. The Campus is similar in feel, as it makes use of the same padded construction.

The Moncler x adidas Originals collection will be available first on October 4th via moncler.com and adidas.com before hitting select stores the following day.
