Jared Ebanks The 3-Stripes has been clearing out its shelves of Yeezy-branded footwear throughout the month of August. From the Waverunner 700 to the Yeezy 950, the CONFIRMED app will continue to hold a number of surprises going forward, such as the “Slate Grey” Yeezy Slide.
Greyscale tones have flooded the serrated slip-on silhouette ever since the model’s introduction in 2019. While “Slate Marine” and “Grainte” have cured the pair most recently, the Yeezy Slide now engages in its darkest tone yet. Initially revealed to be in the works back in July, the upcoming model sports a simplistic, uniform color blocking that treats everything from the footbed to the bridge in a pitch-dark allure.
The adidas Yeezy Slides “Slate Grey” is currently scheduled to release online and via the CONFIRMED app tomorrow, August 18th. In the meantime, enjoy one last look at the pair below.
