The Masters Tournament may be long over, but Jordan Brand has not yet gotten their fill of the sport. Preparing for a tee time of their own, the Jumpman have dressed the Air Jordan 1 High Golf in a brand new colorway, one clad in a series of “Metallic Green” accents.
With news of the Air Jordan 1 “Metallic Red” returning later this year, it’s clear that Jordan Brand are taking a greater look at many of their past releases. This upcoming pair — while meant for an entirely different, grass-covered arena — seems to be but another nod to this history, even though it makes use of a color blocking distinct from the original “Metallic Pack.” Here, the golf-ready model features “Metallic Green” along not just its Swoosh but also the ankle flaps, heel counter, and toe box. The rest of the shoe is much less pronounced, opting for white neutrals across the midsole and leather construction.
Enjoy a close-up look at this upcoming Air Jordan 1 High Golf via the official images ahead. If you think a pair might help drop a few strokes off your game, they’ll be releasing via Nike.com on April 28th.
In other news, official images of the Air Jordan 2 Cement Grey also surfaced this morning.
