From quilted uppers to video game inspired colorways, the Air Jordan 1 Low has undergone a vast array of transformations over the last few months. And here, underneath layers of silver metallic, this newest rendition incorporates yet another surprise: a colorful underlayer that could very well differ from pair to pair.
The Swoosh and heel tab are the main points of interest, as their silver-casted overlays are meant to be peeled away, revealing a brighter color underneath. And this, though pink in the official images below, could very well be a grab bag of sorts, as question marks and “TAKE YOUR CHANCES” are written atop the two fixtures. Moreover, the adjacent laces could be yet another tell, as they’re woven with a variety of different shades. But besides these details and the holographic tongue label, the construction is largely standard, its leather upper alternating between white and light blue.
