While no longer the latest and greatest in visible Air-cushioned footwear, the Nike Vapormax 2021 Flyknit continues to participate in the brand’s most accessible product lineup. Recently, the pair appeared in a predominantly greyscale arrangement accompanied by shades of primary tones.
Flyknit construction throughout the upper features blue contrasting material, tough a cool grey dominates the ensemble. Specks of orange also join in on the fun, but don’t detract from the greyscale look as the lime green profile swooshes or rich yellow accents along the tongues do. “VAPORMAX”-branded pull tabs on the top of the tongue introduce vibrant blue into the mix, while summer-appropriate orange land on the spine’s functional component. Semi-translucent stability molds around the heel opt for a lighter shade of grey than the Nike Flyknit upper, while Vapormax units right underneath them favor a clear finish that allows for the shoe’s top-half to revel that much more in the spotlight.
No firm Nike.com release date has been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change before summer ends. In any case, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.
