The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Light” Releases Tomorrow

The road to Kanye’s “Donda” album has been anything but straightforward. Its release date has been repeatedly delayed, keeping ‘Ye fans on their toes. While the album has now been set to finally drop on September 3rd (hopefully), fans of Mr. West can try their luck at purchasing the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Light” in the meantime.

At first glance, the pair appears to be yet another understated Yeezy 350 colorway. It features off-white knit uppers and both the heel pull loop and rubber sole encasing the BOOST foam are in a yellow-tinged cream shade. However, this is the first offering to feature UV-reactive materials. When exposed to UV light, the translucent mesh stripe takes on a dark yellow coloring. This color transformation disrupts the otherwise tonal look and distinguishes the “Light” arrangement from previous releases.
