The New Balance 550 Continues Its Run With More College-Style Colorways

The New Balance 550 Continues Its Run With More College-Style Colorways

Thanks to Aime Leon Dore’s influence, the New Balance 550 has quickly become one of the brand’s biggest shoes. And if you were never lucky enough to take home a pair of the collaborative versions, you’ll at least have quite a few inline colorways to look forward to.

But it seems Japan is getting first dibs, with already quite a few on their digital shelves. Among them, this pair delivers a reserved college style, pairing together Michigan-esque tones. Navy takes the helm along the leather base, dressing the toe, profile, counter, and the majority of the lace unit as well. Yellow, then, brightens up the lining and tread, while also finishing the outline of the “N” logo and the “550” that stamps the forefoot.

Balanced out by white and grey neutrals, the offering should make its way to NewBalance.com US within the coming months. Until then, sit tight.

In other news, the sacai Nike VaporWaffle Sesame is coming this month.
