Prada and adidas‘ Luna Rossa 21 debuted in early December 2020 to mixed reviews. Yet, newly-surfaced, unofficial images of a new colorway suggest the silhouette isn’t falling to obscurity anytime soon.
Akin to the inaugural proposition, the forthcoming pair indulges in a tonal arrangement throughout its semi-translucent, partly-sustainable PRIMEGREEN construction. The model’s technical specifications appear more pronounced on the follow-up style given the shoe’s greyscale palette: speed-lacing systems; breathable and water-resistant paneling; and Continental rubber tooling all leave their own mark on the ready-for-sailing product. Profile 3-Stripes also benefit from the contrast delivered by their surroundings, but they’re unquestionably overshadowed by the Italian fashion label’s iconic red Luna Rossa logo running up the heel.
Enjoy a first look at the latest Luna Rossa 21 here below, and anticipate pairs to hit the CONFIRMED app as autumn inches closer.
Elsewhere under the Three Stripes umbrella, the Yeezy 450 “Cloud White” launches on March 4th.
