If you’re a “less is more” type of sneakerhead, this Nike Air Max 90 is for you. Guised as a simple, versatile rotation piece, Tinker Hatfield’s running-turned-lifestyle icon here opts for a low-key greyscale mix featuring some key special touches.
Grey “Anthracite” treatments settle on the base and entirety of the midsole/outsole, contrasted by black TPU and what appears to be nubuck material up top. The fan-favorite mini Swoosh returns on the lateral side of the toe, but the real intrigue lies in the shoe’s official color palette. While not evident in this image set, “Green Strike” factors into the design in some way shape or form. If we’re to guess, it’s possible one or more of the white branded hits glow in the dark (probably the main Swoosh at least). Nike generally highlights such features in its official images, so we’re unable to say for sure as of now.
The Nike Air Max 90 “Anthracite/Green Strike/Black” comes in at $140 and is expected to release during the Fall 2025 shopping season. Pairs will be available via nike.com and retailers; see official images below if you’re considering scooping a pair.
Elsewhere in Nikeland, the Nike Sabrina 3 “Blueprint” releases July 24th.
