A Friends & Family CLOT x adidas Stan Smith Espadrille Has Appeared

A Friends & Family CLOT x adidas Stan Smith Espadrille Has Appeared

Update: Packer has removed the product from their site.

Given the heavy push behind the latest adidas CLOT capsule, you’re more than likely familiar with the aesthetic inspirations behind it and the design cues that sprung forth. On the off chance you’re not, Edison Chen and his imprint again put forth a collision between sport and fashion, merging the iconic Stan Smith silhouette with the elevated espadrille sole, itself an off-kilter choice given its traditional origins. The beaded heel cup pulls from a similar school of thought, further connecting to similar applications on the CLOT Gazelle Breathe.

While the general public will get a chance to scoop pieces from the capsule on July 12th, an unexpected source just provided an early and potentially exclusive chance at another puzzle piece. Rather than just posting the beaded Stan Smith in navy or one of the green-on-tone Espadrille versions, Packer Shoes has let loose a yet-unseen Stan Smith that wears both. Additionally, the beaded heel cup wears extra co-branding punch, displaying the CLOT monogram within that section. The same leather quality, toebox lettering, and timeless white and green palette that defines the capsule otherwise remains in place.

adidas confirms with Sneaker News that this colorway is a friends and family exclusive, never intended to hit the shelves. Of course, that raises the question of how this CLOT x adidas Stan Smith reached that fate nonetheless. We’ll put our investigative journalism hat to the side for the moment– the listing for this edition is still active via Packer Shoes with a $160 retail price.

Meanwhile, Pharrell’s trending adidas Jellyfish continues to build momentum towards a Holiday ’25 drop.
