For those who don’t recognize the archival style in focus here, we’ll spell it out: the Air Max Moto 2K is, in almost every sense, a faithful reissue of the Air Max Moto+ 6 from 2008, one of the final entries in the Moto series that wound down as the decade switched over. Many of the hallmarks you’ll readily recognize from the Vomero stick around here, including curvilinear overlays, an open mesh base, and Cushlon technology in the sole, here made softer for this retro.

The smooth countours of the upper, including a rib-like arrangement at the quarter, go the furthest in setting this silhouette away from its Swoosh peers.
