There is no middle ground for Kevin Durant. He’s either getting into e-arguments with kids on Twitter, or he’s paying for their college tuition. Durant’s relationship wit the Boys & Girls Clubs is best highlighted by his kind gesture of paying off the first year of school for four young students he met at the non-profit organization back in 2018. That relationship is ostensibly the motivation behind this upcoming Nike KD 18 release.
The blue-ish color base seen on the upper of these upcoming Kevin Durant shoes is a close match to the BGCA’s official logo, but the handshake emoji embroidered behind the tongue could the ultimate signifier of this borderline collaborative drop. The blue tones are joined by light tan shades on the mudguard and mid-foot overlay, finished off by an opaque white rubber outsole.
A release is currently expected on July 1st, 2025 for $150; see the official images ahead for further details.
