The Air Jordan 1 Low “Turqouise” Asks You To Connect The Dots

The Air Jordan 1 still holds onto exalted status in the Nike, Inc. archives, but you certainly can’t mistake that for their designers being overly precious with the design. Quite the contrary — the Low formulation in particular is often one of the foremost canvases to try out experimental touches. We caught another in that long line with a gem-laden Air Jordan 1 Low earlier in June, now followed up with an alternate version hitting stores soon.

The titular “Turquoise” that gives either shoe its colorway lives on the tongue of both pairs, but the one at hand goes a step further, recreating the contours of the Swoosh with beads and gems that wrap around the back half of the shoe. While this edition may eschew some of the luxurious notes of its predecessor, including sequin attachments and a feathery overall palette, nonetheless there’s still enough to deliver a designer atmosphere. Helping support the bejeweled central design are panels of faux Croc leather, sporting bare debossed line-work at the heel.

A release date for the Air Jordan 1 Low “Turqouise” hasn’t surfaced just yet, but it’s a safe bet that you’ll spot this pair on Nike.com as we work through Fall 2025. Watch our Jordan Releases 2025 page for more updates in the coming months.
