Nike Covers The All-Black Air Force 1 In Luxurious Materials

The most menacing version of Bruce Kilgore’s Nike Air Force 1 is getting a luxury makeover for Fall 2025. Saddled with a time-tested “Triple Black” colorway, the sneaker incorporates a ton of unique materials for a premium, elevated appearance.

Five different textures are utilized, most of which are of the animalistic variety. First, the Swoosh and backtab feature faux pony hair. The heel panel is cut from snakeskin leather, complemented by croc-like treatments over the toe/eyelets. A subtle spotted finish appears on the toe box, while the quarter panels appear to feature soft black velvet material. A leather tongue tag is included to match the premium aesthetic on display, and the AF1 lace dubrae makes its usual appearance in metallic silver.

These luxury Air Force 1s retail for $135 and are expected to release during the Fall 2025 window, meaning between July-September. We’ll update this post as well as our Sneaker Release Dates hub as soon as we learn more.

In other all-black sneaker news, the beloved Jordan 4 “Black Cat” is returning later this year.
