While the end-of-the-year Air Jordan 11 release has perhaps dropped a bit in overall luster, it’s still appointment viewing all the same, consistently proving among the most well-stocked Retro release on the calendar. In recent years, the imprint has doubled their output, tacking on an additional release for the ladies usually a month or so before. While the addition of the Jordan 11 “Rare Air” muddies the waters a bit, by all indications, the Air Jordan 11 “Gamma Blue” is the December prize while the Air Jordan 11 “Grand Finale” is its women’s exclusive foil.

Eschewing some of the more out-there colorways we’ve seen in the category this decade (we’re looking at you, “Animal Instinct”), the Air Jordan 11 “Grand Finale” is a cleaned-up, classed-up take on the celebrated model, dressed in a mix of light greys and off-whites throughout its upper and sole unit. Pops of “Metallic Silver” add to the jubilant atmosphere, appearing chiefly with the Jumpman logo plastered on the collar. While the Jordan Brand team hasn’t necessarily needed to connect these sort of releases to any grand narratives, the “Grand Finale” moniker does get the gears turning a bit, perhaps connecting to one the GOAT’s three retirements.

The Air Jordan 11 “Grand Finale” is set to release for Singles’ Day 2025 / November 11th. Retail is set at $230 in women’s sizing, likely capping out at M10.5 / W12.
