The viral #bootsonlysummer trend likely wouldn’t exist without the foundation laid by adidas’ terrace classics. It’s easy to trace the progression; models like the Samba and Gazelle Indoor sparked a wave of soccer-inspired fashion, and now the trend has veered into full-on cleat territory for a number of bold Gen Zers. Thankfully, if your tastes lie in the middle of the soccer fashion spectrum, adidas has plenty of options that embrace pitch aesthetics while still maintaining street wearability. On the heels of another boot-inspired adidas Samba, this upcoming Gazelle Indoor pack is the latest addition to the brand’s Summer 2025 catalog.

While every Gazelle Indoor is inherently tied to the beautiful game, some feature more soccer-inspired qualities than others. This style is made unique by curved stitching under the t-toe, evoking a common hallmark of retro football boots. The base is cut from leather for a more premium edge, while the t-toe and eyelet panels appear in their usual suede. Dual-tone “Royal Blue” and “Scarlet Red” colorways are on top, both of which feature contrasting cream hits on the stripes, backtab, lining, tongue, and sole.
