Andrew Rizzo Reebok Basketball is building in public. Led by the executive duo of Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iversion, the brand is documenting its return to the performance basketball space through a new Netflix series called Power Moves.
Sneaker brands generally keep their cards close to their chest, but Power Moves takes us behind the curtain. The docuseries follows Shaq on his mission to return Reebok Basketball to its former 1990s glory, cataloging all the highs and lows that come with being a sneaker industry exec. Shaq and AI are both featured heavily, as are Rebook signees like Angel Reese and Chicago Bulls standout Matas Buzelis. The series appears to center around the Reebok Engine A, the brand’s first new performance basketball model since the early 2010s.
Reebok’s six-episode docuseries Power Moves will begin streaming globally on Netflix on June 4th, 2025. Hit play on the trailer below in the meantime.
