Swarovski Adorns Two Crocs Clogs With Their Trademark Crystals

A swanky reimagining for the Colorado company.

Swarovski Adorns Two Crocs Clogs With Their Trademark Crystals

Swarovski has been in business for over 100 years, but for footwear fans, their star has never been brighter than right now. Joining hands with seemingly every major brand and bringing their patented crystallized Midas Touch to beloved sillhouettes like the Air Max Plus, adidas Superstar or Vans Old Skool, their latest collection may be their most unexpected, unveiling the Swarovski Crocs collection that’ll tip off in May.

It’s a three-pronged approach for the luxury company’s first collab with the slip-on imprint, naturally beginning with a do-up of the Classic Clog. Delivering a tonal grey palette, its central structural quirk is a webbed TPU cage that branches over the toe-box, with rows of crystals lining the pockets in between. For the Bae Clog, a similar deluxe treatment is applied, with its shroud almost dripping down the front of the shoe. In contrast to the Classic Clog, its crystals sit on top of the additional layer, further adorning the colorway with a serpentine design at the rear. Finally, if you prefer to charm up some of your favorites rather than adding another pair to the collection, the Swarovski Crocs capsule includes a shimmering floral Jibbitz charm.

Reportedly, the Swarovski Crocs collaboration will get its red carpet moment during the NFL Draft on April 24th, slated to be on Ashton Jeanty’s feet as he looks to become a top 10 selection. Crocs has already announced that the Swarvoski Crocs collection will come to the public on May 6th via the Crocs app —  a drop via select Crocs stockists is also expected. At the time of this writing, retail pricing hasn’t yet been announced, but keep this article and our Sneaker Release Dates page for that info as it emerges.
