The Nike Total 90 III SP revival is in full swing. After an initial dropoff of OG looks and subsequently featuring heavily in Travis Scott’s futsal takeover of Coachella, we’re being treated to a heavy dose of colorways for the on-pitch icon as it slips into the mainline. Given its well-established winning ways, it’s only right that the Nike Total 90 III SP takes to “Metallic Gold.”
It’s another tally for what’s becoming the “default” color-blocking scheme on this silhouette, splitting the shoe into inner and outer sections along its twisted lace unit. While sporty white leather takes on those lateral sides, glimmering gilded materials take up the medial. Said gold spins into a more conservative ochre across the rounded foot entrance, while a black contrast sole adds some sensible counterplay in closing. Notably, this is indeed a layout that graced the original spiked version of the shoe, obviously shedding the said performance notes and the TPU heel shanks in taking to the lifestyle category.
Expect the Nike Total 90 III SP “Metallic Gold” to hit SNKRS on May 1st, retailing for $110 upon arrival. Catch official images included below.
